Hey!! We’ve all been there. We have these days the place we simply really feel funky. Either not feeling properly, or simply blah.. I wished to share just a few issues I do to assist get me out of that house..

Magnesium Lotion Bar:
2 elements shea butter
2 elements coconut oil
sprint of magnesium oil

Melt sheat butter and coconut oil over a double boiler.
Once melted, take away from warmth and add a splash of magnesium oil. See bundle for dosage particulars.
Transfer to a mould and let cool.
Rub on the decrease stomach.

Lentil Kale Soup:
2 cups dried lentils
half chopped onion
2 chopped carrots
eight cups vegetable broth prime quality, low sodium
2 complete sprigs of rosemary
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/Four teaspoon smoked paprika
2 cups chopped kale
1 cup chopped spinach
salt & pepper to style

Put the lentils, onion, carrots, broth, garlic and spices a big crock pot.
Cook on low for about 6 hours or on excessive for Three-Four, or till the lentils are tender.
Once performed, set crockpot to heat and stir within the kale and spinach simply earlier than serving.

    My baby is 10 months old and Aunt Flow still hasn't come back – I'm not complaining! 😀 He still nurses a lot, which is why I think it has stayed away. It didn't come back until 14 months PP with my daughter, so it will probably be something similar this time around. Great video! One tip: If you use a menstrual cup, you can take a bath, no matter where you are in your cycle! 🙂 If you find a menstrual cup you love, it's a total life-changer… and very eco-friendly! I love mine 🙂

    With both endometriosis and fibroids, each month brings a little bit (read: A LOT) of hell. Nothing except strong Rx meds make even a dent in the pain.

    I have the absolute worst periods. Very intense cramps. We have DIY heating socks all around the house haha. They are great for throwing around your neck too. We often go to sleep with them in the winter lol.

    Id also recommend Clary Sage essential oil for cramping pain and to prevent normal acne. Has worked wonders for me.

    Is it possible to learn to like vegetables and herbs?Basically the only thing I liked that you put in the soup is the carrots. I hate that I’m such a picky eater.

    Haha I literally just had a cup of that tea lol and I'm PMSing. I like to drink it at any time before bed though, not just PMS week. I love the little positive messages Yogi leaves on the tea bags. I have a rice bag I like to use. My boyfriend makes the old school rice bags with big socks for his sore muscles. I'm sure that smells way better than the typical rice smell. Oh my goodness Isaiah is getting so big so fast. Thanks for sharing.
