Magnesium Lotion Bar:
2 elements shea butter
2 elements coconut oil
sprint of magnesium oil
Melt sheat butter and coconut oil over a double boiler.
Once melted, take away from warmth and add a splash of magnesium oil. See bundle for dosage particulars.
Transfer to a mould and let cool.

Lentil Kale Soup:
2 cups dried lentils
half chopped onion
2 chopped carrots
eight cups vegetable broth prime quality, low sodium
2 complete sprigs of rosemary
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/Four teaspoon smoked paprika
2 cups chopped kale
1 cup chopped spinach
salt & pepper to style
Put the lentils, onion, carrots, broth, garlic and spices a big crock pot.
Cook on low for about 6 hours or on excessive for Three-Four, or till the lentils are tender.
Once performed, set crockpot to heat and stir within the kale and spinach simply earlier than serving.
