    I actually tried this, and it did help out with my diabetes. But, nothing too crazy though. I highly recommend anyone with Type 2 Diabetes to follow this diet/supplementation:

    Chromium GTF 250
    Vanadium 250

    High protein breakfast like sprouted beans which have been refrigerated. The reason for this is because legumes have this effect where when you eat beans 1 or 2 hours before eating anything, your blood sugar levels which not spike as much as if you tried it with just any protein. Why refrigerate it you may ask? To activate the resistant starch in it. Resistant starch actually helps not only with diabetes but also with weight loss.
    Instead of eating it cold, you can just supplement potato starch (make sure it's organic) with water, I recommend 2 tablespoons.

    I also recommend drinking Baking Soda + Lemon Water before every meal.
    Make sure to also walk or do light exercise after each meal because without exercising you will get blood spikes depending on what you eat. But, by exercising (like a walk) directly after a meal you will reduce these spikes.

    I also recommend incorporating Ceylan Cinnamon into your diet as it has proven to aid blood sugar levels.

    Apple Cider Vinegar is also a must if you have diabetes.
