I think the moon effects is because of the atmosphere bends and magnifies the image. Something like a drop of water magnifying an image on the other side.

WHAT D HELL ARE U TRYING TO ACHIEVE dude?…CAN'T U SEE THAT U CAN'T & WILL NEVER "FIT" WHAT U ARE TRYING TO DO!…U ARE A "LOST SOUL" AND U SHOULD B INCLUDED ON THE TOP 10 "MOST STUPID PEOPLE ON EARTH"!…DAMN…I FEEL SO F**KING REGRETTED BY GIVING U "A CLICK"!…DAMN!..BUT THATS ALL WHAT U GET FROM ME!..SHIT…WHAT A RETARDED VIDEO!

Dude…you're a BS'er…..hardcore. For example, your "moving rocks", have been shown to move because they are in the desert. At night, the temps drop below freezing, and in the morning it thaws, causing the rocks to slide.

not subscribing because I'm sick of click baiting. I wanted to see the soccer field thing.

  6. Casper Born says

the moving stones actually has been explained, melting Ice moves the rocks

  7. Kevin Rose says

The "moon illusion" is well known. Lower towards the horizon the light reflected from the moon has further to travel through the earths atmosphere then high in the air. The additional refraction of the light due to this distance causes the image to blur and increase in size. Its called refraction and is very well known.

  8. Adam Burns says

The moon one seems like that same radiation phenomena that allows you to see thins slightly over the horizon and vanish, I say that because in all the pictures shown, the moons edges are slightly distorted, the same way objects are when they’re effected by that radiation, maybe the distance between the moon and earth allows this effect to happen longer? Who knows?

Ive heard the hum all my life…..its very weird, but i think its the sound of electricty running through the house…or maybe its just the sound that the earth makes narurally as supposedly all planets have their own sounds…

    It is very weird…

  10. Liem Nelson says

In India ancient temples were designed so that the structures could stay steady and pullers on each sides are connected so that it could take the tension on the structure if earthquake or hurricanes or some other natural disaster comes. It was perfectly scientifically explained there isn’t any miracle.

  11. vic davis says

it's called atmospheric lensing. when the moon is near the horizon, there is enough air between the viewer and the moon that it acts like a magnifying lense.

  12. Stefan Downey says

Sliding rocks – 'Of course people weren't doing this', love it…. well due to the beauty of 'personification'' its suggested that people that had 'pet rocks' in the 1980's released them into the wild as they had out grown their home and they ventured to different places all over the world.

  13. Stefan Downey says

The moon thing – its suggested its due to the magnification created by the 'water vapour' created during the day which kind of works like a magnifying glass, or it could always just be God taking the piss by making you fall in love with His/Her/Its creation….!?!?

  14. Daniel Fronc says

The "sliding stones" have been explained, even their movement shown on time lapse cameras, for a good number of years. First big clue is that they only happen in deserts. Overnight, deserts can and usually do get very cold. Moisture in the air condenses on the desert floor and rocks and freezes. Low winds and/or the spinning of the earth on It's axis is all it takes to give the rocks momentum over a very low friction surface and voila! The rocks just merely slide. As Steve Winwood sang, they just "roll with it, baby".

  15. TheNightKat 56 says

There's a lot of science behind all of this that can prove half of these. . .

  16. TheNightKat 56 says

There is actually a reason why the moon is like that along with the sun

  17. Ethan Bracken says

The rock is and it has been proven

In the desert it gets really cold and makes a think layer of ice and water then this very strong wing comes along thanks to temperature and moves the rocks so it is solved

  18. Steven bent1 says

@ top 10s moonlight is bent and slightly refracted by the atmosphere which gives a greater effect the closer the the horizon as there is more atmosphere which moonlight must penetrate. If you were to consider how water operates on light and how the images which travel through the water become distorted. Often the object image will appear larger as the water has a lens effect on the image. More atmosphere greater effect.

  19. SsemajeJhrvys says

Actually, the rocks have been postulated to be moved by the wind when precipitation ( more likely condensation/dew ) collects in a small layer, annnnnnnd as the desert cools and heats dramatically during it's day/night cycle, the wind pushes the rocks across the thin layer of ice, leaving trails and abrupt and sharp turns, and as the desert heats back up, the small amount of moisture evaporates.

    Sounds reasonable to me.

    (Edited: changed "hearts" to "heats")

  20. 16nowhereman says

The sliding rocks are due to ice that forms underneath the rocks during winter months. As the ice begins to melt, the rock begins to slide.

  21. SideShow Bob says

The moving rocks are no longer a mystery either as it has been proven that this is simply frost on the ground lifting the rocks by a frozen layer of ice and the wind blowing and then warming.

  22. SideShow Bob says

Atmosphere magnifies things often. Not 100% of the time because of variables such as pressure and humidity, visibility, ect. But the moon appears larger because of that.

  23. Johnny Jr Beeler says

Sliding stones has been solved lol do more research top 10. No offense i love your top 10's
